Default Trusted Dealer in NOVA?

New to the Z scene and unfortunately am thinking I need to take her in to get a grinding checked out that happens when I downshift from 6th to 5th. Since it seems most dealerships are evil and out to get you, I was wondering if anyone had a good experience/good contact/recommendation for ones in the NOVA area. Called Browns on Columbia Pike, which is about my default option right now...

I've had great experiences at Browns in Arlington... well except that they are 2 for 2 in losing my appointments. But they always take care of me anyhow.

+1. These guys have had alot of Z's go through their shop, even some heavily modded ones. Very friendly to deal with, though they've had somewhat of a regime change in the last several months. The service advisors are still good folks.
