i honestly think you need to remove those covers... the Z's headlights are beautiful (not to mention they go with the car very well)... those covers just make my skin crawl (no offense, they just hit me wrong)

You need to take those headlight covers off, cuz like the others Im not feeling it. You should black out your headlights, and I dont mean with an overlay, I mean from the inside that would look sick on your car and compliment your hood

It may be costly but you can have some custom blacked-out housings made by ClearCorners.com. I think that would look cleaner than the covers you have on now. You can also do a color match as well: Color Match

wow.. the color matched are cool.. but pricey. Not sure I can offer you advice on the headllights. I like them because they are different looking. At the same time I would not do it to my car. I think that the black out looks good to.. and is a "medium" between the 2.

BTW: .. Nice hood!

juan, those covers (or whatever they are) look hideous. You gotta take that sh*t off and do something classy. I say blacked out housings with tinted amber strips. But whatever you do, take that crap off.

It isnt that they look so bad its the contrast now between the black and the CF .. that and its a freshly paints front end and a nice deep glossy CF hood ,...with some broke *** bubbly vinyls stretched over the headlights lol

You guys know anyone that is awesome at LEDs?

Maybe we can do the black outs at Kellys this weekend..

Juan,
With the redhood I think the covers look alright, now with the black or CF hood your car has that sleepy look even more. I would say remove 'em.

Where are you going to get the LED's? I might be in if you are doing a internet purchase, save the shipping cost. Also, I would be down for switching at Kelly's if you were serious, even if I don't get them, it would be cool to learn how.

Brett

I kid you not, The headlight blackout took me about 8 hours, and I kinda rushed the drying time. I would add a couple more if you really wanted to make it perfect. I was just so fed up with doing the job and I was hungry and couldnt go anywhere till the car was put back together, ha
