Ok guys, I talked to Jayson Guzman at Vision entertainment about load-in. He said that usually between 3 and 6 is a nightmare of a line, so it's usually ok to show up around 6 PM to load-in. From the staging area, you will be directed by the show marshals to your area.

If you want to meet up at Evo, between 5:30 and 6:00 is the time to do it. Remember that the later you show up in the evening, the less time you'll have to detail the car on the show floor. He didn't say how long entrants were allowed to stay..Maybe somebody can chime in that's done this before...Jordan?

Also, I will be showing my car after all, so my spot is not available. I wasn't aware that I was able to show if I was in a booth, but as long as I go through classification, the judges will come by.

That's my goal as well, but my morning will determine my afternoon (as will tonight)

 

Kelly, They usually wont let you stay past the 8pm mark but if cars are still rolling in they usually will let you continue. Remember you can also go @2pm on Sat and you will have an hour to finish any last minute details. Judging stats at 3 PM.

Man I wish you would have just said you were going into a booth. . . most of us are. We all could hav told you that you could show. HIN will allow. The only show that I know of that does that is SEMA.

I wasn't purposefully evasive, it was just that things were kinda sketchy for awhile. Didn't want to go running my mouth until I was sure. You wouldn't believe how much has happened (and still has to happen) for this to work right. It's like aligning planets.....
