Sweet deal man I might have to hit you up in January unless my yellow healight overlays pass....I checked the code book it says nothing specific.

 

my yellow headlights did NOT pass.. if you look in the VA inspectors manual .. you will see that any covering over the headlights that is not 'clear' is not passable.
