I'm not sure if the megan's are resonated, but I know that the Helix are not. If I'm thinking of the right ones. Non-resonated test pipes tend to give off a raspy sound.

About the o2 sensor, there is a bung welded onto the test pipe that you screw the o2 sensor into. This is where people get into trouble with setting off their cel light.

Hope some of this helped, if not good luck. oh yeah if you're looking for a decent y-pipe, gruppe makes a good one for about $275.

buy two sets of HELP! spark plug nonfoulers from autozone or whatnot and follow the install instructions on these forums to eliminate the CEL signal from your test pipes. Ill edit this post and give u the link. i still have yet to do this fix...

Here it is:
If you are getting a CEL (check engine light) after installing high flow cats or test pipes, then you need this easy fix. No expensive 02 simulator is needed. They are more $ and more work than is needed. The HELP! method is tried and proven to get rid the test pipe related CEL.
Get two packs of HELP! Spark plug nonfoulers - part number 42002 or 42009 (either will work) - these are readily available at Autozone, Checker, Pep Boys, etc.
Drill ONLY 2 of the nonfoulers out with a 1/2" drill bit. Fit 1 NON-drilled fouler into each test pipe. Fit 1 drilled nonfouler into the previously installed undrilled fouler on each bank. Finally insert your o2 sensor into the drilled nonfouler and reconnect the wires.
THAT IS IT! Reset your ECU and the CEL will not come back!

i love my helix pipes. when your just drivin around and cruisin u barely notice you have them until you hit WOT and then the exhaust sounds a ton meaner. Also they seem to be one of the best bang for buck mods out.
