While I didnt go out at the height of the storm this weekend, I was out and about tonight on some sidestreets and had no problem in the leftover snow whatsoever. I just couldnt justify the cost of full snows given the warm weather we have down here, and am extremely pleased with my choice of tire. Not only handles light snow well, but is 100x better than the stocks in the rain, just a great great tire for the price.

Ice is a different story, but aside from chains not much is going to stop on that. I've had no problems this winter with the Z as my daily driver. Been parked one morning because of an ice storm and parked it this morning because I was up before they sanded. All in all, a great "winter" so far

 

I agree I am also very impressed with the ASX. This will be my winter tire from now on.
