Custom Roll Bar w/N20 bottle mount and more!
Hey guys just got my car back from Frederick Nissan. I had a few things done there:
I have to say that I am VERY HAPPY with the service, and the work perfomed on my car
My door looks GREAT! the paintwork is perfect. I can not see any blend lines, or any imperfections! Props to Arthur, and his crew in the body shop! Thanks guys!
Tom (the fabricator there) is a genius. He whipped up the Roll Bar, integrated in my Nitrous Express Bottle, and tied it into my Rear Strut Tower. All with me only losing about 1.5 inches of travel on both my drivers and passenger side seats.
Tim the Service Manager Tracked my clutch install like a hawk, making sure that the service techs installed everything to spec, and that my old clutch was placed neatly in the back of the car.
All this was overseen by Gene, the owner. He kept a watchfull eye, knowing that my Z is much more than my car, but a part of me. He has the same passion and love for the Z that many of us are biten with. You will be seeing some pretty BIG things coming out of his shop this season!
Enough with the babble .. on with the pictures!
Here are a few pictures of the repaired door

I snuck in and checked on Tom

Before I put the interior back in (I pre-stripped it to save them time)

Wow very nice. With that N20 placement, cops are gonna be all over you-Im sure they are already. Just hope the safety/burst valve doesnt blow for some reason-your gonna be deaf and chilled cuz of the placement. So you'll be at AAm Saturday? BTW have you actually sprayed the car or just for show?
Alberto.. yea.. I think that the cops will DEF. be all over my butt for the bottle. I'll drive around for a bit with it as is, and see what degree they hasssle me. If they beat the crap out of me, I'll only put it in for shows. (that should answer your second Q) Its all plumbed, never sprayed.
One day my ***** will grow into it
Thanks for the compliments so far guys!

It looks awesome in person and Mike, it shifts like butter man... I know you still need to get some time in with the new clutch, but you are doing well with it man.
Hey, at AAM we need to hit the straightaway and let you drive mine, then yours. Just don't drive mine like you drive yours ok..? You scare the bejeasus out of me sometimes...
Kelly, I think I hear a new clutch in your future if we keep these drives/cruise events up...
