Guess I'm gonna have some parts for sale...:(
Frick....
Was on the way home from dinner last night with my wife (my son was at his Aunt's house, so we were kidless for the night). We pull up to an intersection and stop at the light. Light turns green, I pull out and WHAM, a guy in a Toyota 4-runner blows the light and hits my car square in the left rear tire/fender. We were on the inside left-turn lane and when the guy hit us, we spun around backwards and hit the car in the outside turn lane. What a mess. The car was going to be up at SEMA next weekend, but I'm guessing it'll be in a junk yard by then....the doors dont open right and neither does what's left of the hatch, so I'm guessing the frame is seriously dorked.
We're both ok, but the car....not so good.
It was pretty dark, but I managed to take one pic with my phone before they flat-bedded it off. Here's the PIC

Thank goodness the Z is such a safe car that people can just walk away like that. Red light running is so common now that I always look twice before going into the intersection. Sometimes I get flashbacks of driving in Rome and Naples.
