R.I.P APEX N1 -snapped in half-any exhaust for sale?
Well, I guess I'm living unlucky 13 number. Ankle, hassle with Work wheels, now that.
So my car was sitting on the street for a long time (you cannot drive manual with the cast on your left leg-it's a fact!). So, my buddy starts the car yesterday in order to drive to tire shop to have the wheel installed and the sound of starting car triggers 5 car alarms around us.
WTF,WTF,we're checking oil and everything but the sound comes from the spot where the windshield starts. Crack, leak -I'm trying to guess.
It was pretty embarrassing to drive a car that sounds like a civic without the muffler.
But to the point.
When they lift the car at Auto Designs I discover that one of the exhaust pipes in completely detached from the engine in the place where exhaust pipes are supposed to connect to the engine. It looked like a clean cut on one the welds..
Now, trip to AAM on Wednesday with all that noise will be painful....
PS-> I don't know if it repairable....so shoot me a PM if you have a exhaust for sale!
