Hey guys,
i saw a Lexus yeasterday, and i relized.. that they have
white license plate lights.. (looks nice...)
so.. i was thinking about to change to white LED, but
i wonder it's legal or Illegal for our Z.............. (damn fairfax..)
and also, front parking lights too... if i change my parking lights to
White LED, is it legal or illegal?

Nice white light on the tag should be fine. You really cant see the bulbs that illuminate the tag so it should be fine anywhere. If you do something more like a riced out hyper white/bluish light you may get crap for that....
