Not exactly a swarm, but....
Hey guys...I'm really enjoying the snake. It's such a different car than the Z.
Anyway, thought I'd share a few pictures over at a new acquaintances house...he has a hydraulic 4-post lift in his garage that he uses to work on/store his car. He parks his Nissan Pathfinder under the Viper. I had a chance to put my car up on his lift and give it a good once over and clean things up.
Enjoy:

I thought you did a photoshop of your car for kicks..then i saw the badges were missing on one car and then the rims were different...
Thats nice you got a twin brother to hang out with...
big ups on the lift....damn that so cool.

This guys Viper has a Roe supercharger on it. I think he's putting down around 600 to the wheels. I got a ride in that thing...it'll peel your face off it's so fast. It has no intercooler, just meth injection. It's a great, ultra-clean car.

Up until mid-'99, Vipers were actually built with forged pistons/rods, but in mid-99 they switched to cast components. The latter are affectionately known in the community as "Creampuff Vipers". The forged versions are good for 1000+ WHP (and there are quite a few TT Vipers pushing 1300-1500 WHP out there.) It seems most people stop around 650-700 WHP with the post-'99 cars though.

The Viper community has been very friendly so far. Aside from the guy who's car is in the picture, I met another guy out in Gainesville with a lift who also does all his own wrenching. He's invited me out anytime to do work on my car (which is good because the list of things to do is pretty darn long)

Kelly it seems like having a lift is a must for all the V guys. Might want to throw that 5K down. I wonder if you can install one in any garage or it has to be in some special height specification. Either case, beautiful cars.

.You can't tell in the pictures, but his garage is almost a two-story ceiling. He can get his car high enough that I can stand under it with just a slight tilt of my head, and I'm 6'4". That ain't happenin' in my garage..no way.

Not sure what you want to see with "pics or threads"...can you clarify?

I suppose the lift is designed for low cars. Inspiration:
