Yeah, Kelly I have seen that guy your talking about with the Viper in Gainesville, it's red with racing stripes, right? I can hear that car from like a mile away, it sounds so mean. Didn't know that he had a lift in his car though, thats awesome. There is also a guy with a brand new black Viper that is 3-4 houses down from me you should hook up with him also.

Well, my Viper made it up on the lift fine. I think the Z would have had some trouble though.

Yep, his is red w/ white or silver stripes. I can't recall which. It's also supercharged. For some reason, I feel no need to modify my car to try and keep up with the F/I guys like I did with the Z. Not sure why.

Wait till that 490ft/lbs starts to feel weak and you'll be boosting....by the end of summer you'll be feeling sluggish in the Viper. As Im sure you know Heffner's in relatively close to you in Glen Dirty, MD (5 min from where I work)...can you say TT Viper?

Dude! Work schmerk. Think about how cool it would be to put your car up in the air and stare at the underbelly of that snake every day!

Awesome car. Love the twins pics on page 1. Also curious what the "long list" of things is you mentioned having to do. Were you referring to maintenance or do you have big plans?

I would guess guys who aren't daring/crazy/rich enough to go FI on a $80k car would look into some basic bolt-ons to start?

Yep. The poor suckers like me just do bolt ons. There are some good bolt-on "packages" for the car that net pretty good gains, but at this point, I'm looking at just a new cat-back exhaust because this car lived outside and the exhaust system is getting rusty!

LOL...You think so...So something like this:

2001 Yellow/Black Viper ACR Edition
18" BBS Wheels (275-35 front/ 335-30 rear)
Factory 5-point safety harnesses
8.0L V10
12-way fully adjustable Dynamics Systems shocks
Rusty *** factory exhaust system

Perfect...

Now we got to get working on Alberto...

Not that I have all that much room to talk with my bone stock 03 Track edition. Well not quite bone stock with the single adjustable Koni Shocks and the Cusco front sway bar.

I just have to figure out the exhaust for the car and my B Stock Autocross car will be finished for this year (DA re-valved Koni shocks for next year)

335/30/18s... Now those will be cheap to replace...
