I also freaking hate UPS. They promised to deliver my rims on a monday, guess what, they never came. And i called thier customer service dept to do an inquiry, guess what..their customer service sucked so much i didn't even bother to waste my time talking to them. Extremely rude and absolutely no respect for their customers. I would ever do business with UPS.

Butler Tire had to special order Hawk HPS pads for my car and my Z's been in the shop 2 additional days because the fronts shipped when they were supposed to but the rears are 2 days late (hopefully only 2...we'll see tomorrow) UPS sucks
