Yes, for sure. Be careful out there, and be aware of which tires you have. Some are more likely to give you grief in the rain than others. (No idea what he had, but it crossed my mind to wonder...)

I agree 100% last month I lost control on rt.100 and ended up sideway in the left lane, luckily on coming got around me, I drove the shoulder to my exit.
