Hampton Roads 18 Oct night meet/dinner
I don't think I can. I'm not as svelt as you young guys and I'm trying to make sure I am well within body fat standards. After weigh-in i could do something like that. Woohoo, just two more weigh-ins to go!!!

I weigh in the 25th. I don't literally have to starve, but I learned to eat more to pack on weight for lifting. Once you do that, it's difficult to condition your mind to eat less. I usually have to be careful for about 4-6 weeks prior to a weigh in. I watch my salt and carb intake the most and try to stay hydrated.
I don't change my PT regimine since I typically work out 5 times a week anyway. I don't run as much as I used to since I tore my hamstring in '99, but I do pick that up more so I do better on the run for the PRT. I prefer to do the elliptical, stepper and stationary bike, plus my weights.

I go very very low carb for about 2 weeks before weigh ins and do 2 a days up until 2 days before. The day before I hit the sauna and the morning of also. I only have about 10lbs to drop. I just purge the excess water and Im good. Then I carb up for the PRT.
Weigh in huh? I my prt almost 2 weeks ago, and have felt like crap since then. But yeah the food in the restaurant is great and the beer is even better but we don't have 5 pound steaks for john to eat though sorry...
