I went down to the local muffler guy, not expecting much and asked him if I could get him to install my test pipes and weld in some resonators. He said no, I offered him a bit under the table and he still refused. Any good places in the tidewater area of Virginia, or Richmond area, preferably tidewater?

 

there is a guy in richmond that I trust to work on my car, he does custome exhaust work so I am sure he would do that job for you. He is expensive though, he's a friend of the family and still doesn't cut me any deals lol.
