wow what a guy, you didnt have to do this. You got what you wanted, the wheels worth $1000 in absolute perfect conditon, $1000 cash and a $100 check for the accident you asked for. I know you wanted more $1200 for the trade but before we made the deal i clearly told you so many times what i could only give, you said youre firm on the price so i stopped cause i couldnt give the price youre asking. Then you called again GAVE ME a price of a 1k i agreed. I didnt lowball you nor gave you less on the price you gave and agreed on, gave you a check for the accident. What happened to your bothers car was an ACCIDENT, nobody wanted that to happen.
The thing that still worries me is when I asked in the first place about the condition of the wheels you didnt tell me the true condition. Theres a lot of truthfull facts you didint tell me the fact that the wheels were damaged and repaired i had to search all your previous threads about the wheels to find out. I hope you've told me all the facts of them.
We both lost each other's trust after our unsatisfaction ordeal thats just between you and me. You've dealt with me just once dont tell this people not make make any sort of deal with me because of your experience. I've dealt with tons of people mostly locals no problem from any of them. I made deals with some members here before becoming a 350Z owner.

I know you tried to call me, that time my girlfriend had my cell she only answer the number she recognize, then i read your PM's on the forum asking for your socket back dont worry its already in the mail. I think youre OVERREACTING over this whole thing.
NO part of the deal and the accident i didnt take responsible for.
You didnt need to get GOD involve about this issue.

DON'T track of i do on the forum, none of them is or will be your business!

how do know i would not use my own check for a 1K?? I wouldve brought my own check if you told me its ok.
You didnt tell me the the facts over the phone first time we talked i even asked you twice but didnt take you words, spent 1 hour+ on the forum to find the facts. i found the truth myself, and i even had to ask u. Lets end this $HIT, i dont have time for this.

To the OP why are you even putting this whole situation up here if you ended up donating most of the money to a frikkin church?? (i dont know why anybody on this earth would do this at this point). There was clearly no need for this post at all since you just made your pastor almost 1k richer, and prob paid his car and house payment!! lol I dont understand some things on here. I would question anybody who is overly religious this day and age before i question the morality of the guy you did business with here.

It's none of my business what you do with your money, but check out www.children.org. I sponsor 3 children (two are from Ecuador and one from the Dom. Rep.) there and I feel donating money to their cause is a lot more worth while than giving it to a church. In my case I actually know my money is going towards my sponsored children (They supply you with pictures and how they are doing every couple of months). Giving money to a church you really have no idea what they're going to do with it.

Just incase you missed it, the moral of the story is not donating to a "frikkin church," but a question of a man's character and to warn others members not to deal with such individuals. Simply because the money is going toward a church does not mean that it was spent in vain. The intent of the donator was to benefit a certain "good cause" whether it actually be a corrupt pastor's house payment or it actually going to children's funds, it was nonetheless a "good act."
(Also on the sidenote if that check would have bounced, the sender would have been condemned to hell) hahaha joking!

Not many religious people on here I presume?

Nope, I don't like donating to churches cause then they use that money to convince more people that god exists

The issue has been squashed and I don't want this thread to start a who believes in God or not. I donated it to Redeemer cause I believe in the Church and have gotten great inspiration on life and haven't paid anything since ive gone there. I am going to list the events that is unbiased that even this guy cannot disagree.
This list is for the people who reads my trader rating of buyer beware:

I cannot stress enough the condition of my volk wheels i trade/sold for are great with the tires of 5k miles 255/285/35 toyos that easily equals his money.

1)Deal was for 1k if he's willing to drive to my place and do all work.
2) I did asked for 1100 with my rays lugs before above.
3) asks if he can use a check when i checked my pm on saturday morning day of deal.
4)I find a tear on his rear passenger tire and ask for 30 bucks to be paid later.
that's fair right? to unmount a 18 inch tire in case i need to change it.
5)I showed him every little bit of all I know about my volks during switching.
6) even said can test drive his car with my volks around the neighborhood cause he still feels its gona fall apart or issues.
7) Damages my brother's car and denies he made the dents and only scratches.
8) Here is where the 100 dollars comes in. I offered that and tell him the least u can do is that. I dont want to spend any more minute to switch my wheels back. a deal is a done deal.
9) tries to get me to back down of my 100 demand. I even said u dont have to pay me now, tomorrow, next week, 2 weeks or 2 months. just when u are ready.
10) after about to go insane,,,he calls someone and gives me a check.
11) next day i see his post to buy spacers after all day of him telling me no more money.
12) pm him for my socket and to meet to get it back. he has no voicemail on his cell and no return calls or message of socket in the mail from him until his reply to this post.
13) check is not in his name or account.

believe my word or his...its up to the next person that deals with him or me.
