Khoi is one of the most upstanding guys I have ever met. I've dealt w/him on numerous occasions as both the buyer and the seller and everything went smoothly.

I would say these actions aren't "shady" but definitely are inconvenient. If someone has a problem coming up with a 100 dollars I'm not sure they should buying mods for their car to begin with. The old saying "you gotta pay to play" comes to mind.

I would add that your "neutral" trader comment is a given for any trade and the person who made the comment shouldn't have gone out of their way to state the obvious.

I really think the transaction should have been done by paypal. This ensures the seller that the funds ARE there. Koi, you sounded really hesitant about doing that when I talked to you, but you have to give it a chance. It would have definately saved you some headaches.

Also the buyer was wrong for changing his price at the last minute. Thats just bad buisness, and it makes everyones lives worse. I wouldnt have done absolutely anything untill that cash was cleared and in my paypal account, THEN lets do the trade, and ONLY if the wheels are in the condition promised. If not, it doesnt cost anything to refund the cash.

For me, when I do this kind of buisness transaction, I always try to make the other comfortable, ad let them know what I do every step of the way. I know people work hard for their things, and letting them go is even harder.
