18" Touring Wheels on 1996 Toyota Tacoma 2WD Truck (Pics!!!)
Here is my 1996 Toyota Tacoma 2WD winter beater truck. I found out that I could put my 2005 350z Touring Wheels on my Taco since they had the same bolt pattern but the centerbore was 1mm off (Taco: 66.06mm; 350z: 67.06mm). So I talked to John from the Ye Ole Wheel shop and he agreed that he could do it. They look awesome and the fitment is perfect. I think I just need a front wheel alignment then everything will be fine. You should have seen this truck about 3 months ago. I got hit by a Ford F-350 dualie and it destroyed the whole driver's side of my truck. I had to get a new door, front fender and a lot of body work. Since I needed a winter beater I bought this truck off my Dad and had someone fix and repaint the whole truck. I am so happy with the results. Now I just have to lower it another inch in the front and 2 more inches in the rear for a total of 3"/4" and then to get that TRD Supercharger! Check the pics!

Doesn't look too bad at all, but with 2WD and the Potenzas I don't think you'll be going very far in any significant amount of snow... You need some blizzaks or 4WD for that thing to really be a "winter beater".
I agree with Sikk.. your gonna be sliding ALL over the place. I'd also advise pitting some sand bags in the bed. I used to have a old Toyota truck, about 300 pounds ( 6 fifty pound bags ) right over the diff. should help allot
Here are some shots of the old beater:

Best PS Evarrrrr!

Well if it's a photochop it's a pretty good one...it got me lol. I've seen a LT-1 out of a Camaro SS swapped into a S10 swap so anything is possible. I was wondering how he's getting traction with those worn out Sears Michelin LT-4 tires.
