license plate camera?

I saw somewhere a link for a camera where you don't need to do any drilling or hardcore wiring. I believe it was wireless.

My backup camera is on a black stip of plastic that runs between the two bolt holes for the rear tag. It holds itself and the tag to the car and the wire goes through a small hole behind the tag.
The VR-3 above is the exact camera I have not bad for $90 it wont matter one bit if someone f's with it because they are pretty inexpensive.
