Hmm.. you're making me a bit nervous. Most people that I asked gave me really good review on this shop. They were working on a couple show cars there when I visited and they all seemed to be looking really good. Lets hope for the best.

Shops tend to do better jobs on higher end cars is what i've noticed. Maybe it's a psychological thing

Actually, I talked to Autobody Craftsman at the DC car show. They had a few cars that looked good.....one of their Evo's even had the CF hood fade.

I called them a few days after, the guy I spoke to sounded knowledgeable and willing to work with aftermarket parts.

Yea that's my impression with them too. They seem to work on a lot of aftermarket parts and know what they're doing. Again.... lets hope for the best!

Zamoras is a customer of mine. They are a great shop to deal with and are very professional with their work. They are worth every penny in my opinion

Really.. hmm.. the shop didn't sound very friendly with aftermarket parts. They asked me to get "approval" from my insurance company on the aftermarket parts before they could do the work on my car.

Just got back from the shop. I wasn't very happy. The paint color turned out good. But they did not fit the sideskirts(still see gaps, double sided tapes not sticking) and fixed the corner cracks very well. Those work are stated on the statement of work and they charged mad hours on those. I pointed out the problems and leaving them the car for another day... sigh... I hate dealing with body shops!

Some pics I took at the shop

Lets hope everything goes smooth tomorrow.

Yea.. but I don't know how they're going to fix the cracks AFTER they painted though. I was being pretty nice about it today. But if it still sux tomorrow, I'll change my tone.

well, keep us up to date. front bumper paint match looks slightly off.

this is why shops don't like aftermarket parts...difficult to deal with and most car enthusiasts are hard to please.

Hmm.. the front bumper's color actually matches pretty well in person. I think I had the flash spotted on the bumper, so the bumper looks lighter. However, the rear skirt does look pretty off in person though. Maybe it's because the rear bumper doesn't fade as much as the rest of the car?
