Default April 15th Skyline Drive: We May Need A Permit To Drive As A Pack!

I Found Out Recently That In Nationwide Law, If A Group Of The Same Cars Drive Together As A "pack" W/o Permission From The County, They All Can Get Cited Up To $90.00.. I Believe Its The Same For Motorbikes,, Thats Why You Often See A Police Escort For The Big Harley Drives.. Because They Have Permission From The County

Please, Who Ever Is In Charge Of The Midatlantic And National G Club... Please Look Into This.. I Honestly Don't Want To Get Pulled Over For This.. Thanks

I really would not worry about it.. this really only applies for groups that wish to remain together.. while we wish to remain together... I dont think that we are going to be stopping traffic to make that happen. (he he he .. although a few times last year I did..lolol)

I also doubt that of all tickets THIS one will be the one we will get

I wouldn't worry about it, but just in case. Memorize this quote if you are pulled over.

"I have no idea who these ricers are around me."

He never said anywhere that a VQ motor responds better, that was simply an implication on your part. What he said was rather a statement rather than a comparison so I don't understand why you would respond to this as a "VQ N/A mods vs K series N/A mods." However, K series responds amazingly well to N/A mods!

Please turn-off the capital letters.

Thanks. I am in contact with Skyline Drive Park Service about driving in a group, and if there are any unique rules or restrictions.

I am also in touch with John J. Skinner, Chief of Police, Manassas, VA.

Thanks for bring the serious post, back to ground level... Please let us know if we need to do anything in particular. Also I would advise your questions be directed with generic dates...they could easily set us up for mad tickets, if they know our every move....(just my anti-police side talking). Probably too late, my two cents.

I may as well contact the Chief of Police. Its a little hard to hide 68 cars in Manassas on Sunday morning.
