I know we have a few members that are VT students....in light of the recent events there, I thought I'd ask for you guys to check in and let us know you're ok.

 

I can't believe they didn't lock down the whole campus after the lunatic gunned down students in the dormitories. Two hours later he gunned down more in the Norris Hall Engineering building.

 

Our thoughts and prayers are with those families during this time of hardship.

It is quite sad. I still have some friends attending that school. Im pretty sure their lives on campus will never be the same

I have quite a few friends who go to the school. My girlfriend's friend's sister was in the class where someone was shot in the morning in the Engineering building. 3 of my friends actually slept in because today was my friends birthday and they were to trashed, so they missed the class. I hope everyone is okay.

 

A bunch of my friends live down there attending VT and New River which is a community college next door to VT and the ones who went to VT have been in lock down for most of the day and they said one of the girls we went to high school with was in the second building that was attacked.

 

This is so sad, I hope everyone is ok. What a lunatic. College is supposed to be fun, not scary, this is terrible, I'll pray for everyone there.

 

oh man I know so many kids from my hs that go to VT now...
wait how many kids died in Columbine ?

It's a shame that we have to ask our college friends or family members if they were shot today while in class. Then I heard on the radio that 5 more U.S. soldiers were killed today in Iraq. Man, this is crazy.
