"Cash talks bs walks!" is a very commonly used saying in the marketplace. It implies whichever party is interested should have cash in hand instead of constantly PM'ing and asking for details/questions and wasting the seller's time. I am Juan's friend so obviously I'd want to help him out by finding him customers and weed out people that like to ask a billion questions/waste time/not buy anything. I'm a trained lawyer and reading every word is an absolute necessity in winning a case. Therefore, you should read more carefully when responding to me because you tend to take offense to things that were never mentioned.
