Guys dont forget a few things you will need.

For the ones running

1. Must have jeans on
2. Must have a T shirt or long sleaves on
3. No flip flops must be shoes or boots
4. Need a helmet if your running in the 13's or lower
5. Bikes need leathers
6. Bring your own Race Gas

Watchers.

1. Bring warm cloths ( The bleachers can be cool ) Sweat shirt or jacket
2. Cushion to sit on ( you will thank me for this )
3. Blankit if you want it
4. There is a vending machine for soda. Sheetz is 1/2 mile away from track ( Food, gas )
5. Camera

The ones that have paid will be on a list when you check in. We will mark you off once you show up.

Also, I will have signs up. But we are having everyone park on the far side. Plenty of room and easier to keep track of.

I guess it's up to Todd, but I would think the donations would be split evenly or maybe put towards the 3 hours of lighting.

 

I say we just let them go towards the cost of everything as if MRC was running. That sless $$$ Todd will have to front, anybody else that signs up pays to further reduce costs IMO...

 

I would say on the money going toward the lighting and the little things Todd has had to put out of his pocket like the paypal fees and such...just my

 

+1 on the money going towards the lights...it was estimated needing about 3 hours. Murphy's Law always shows up.

Agreed. Money should go to Todd. As it stands right now, how much are you having to pay out of pocket? We should get this amount down to zero.

Listen guys bert and his girl will be coming from funtiontuned in va,anybody who wants to come from the walmart at columbia must meet between 3:00 and no later the 3:30 on friday.If you cant be there by 3:30 at the latest then mapquest it.I just spoke to bert about this and we hopefully will all roll up together at the hotel.

We have several all-motor 350Zs racing tonight that are not on this list. With some practice and encouragement, I think we can add several Mid-Atlantic members.

 

I hope to see some good changes on that list...maybe I can be one of the changes...no pressure
