<-- noob installing ssk & teins, pray for the noob
yes im a noob at installing.. didnt even know how to read a torque setting wrench until i stared at the booklet for like 30min..
only thing i did so far was install a pop charger, which took me 2 hrs bc i kept dropping the screws lol
so now im off to my 2nd self-install!! 350evo/rogue short shifter, then maybe teins if i dont f'up my shifter
who wants to come over and laugh (or help) me? hahah

(based on g35d forums) everyone really wants to get a 2nd gen stillen ssk or the rogue engineering ssk... RE's are super hard to find, but 350evo.com has an ssk they said they collaborated with rogue to make, so a lot recommended that one
cons ive heard is that it takes a bit more force, but the throw is still reduced quite a bit
the most significant pro i want out of it is the reduced vibrations while in gear... really really annoying... it actually makes my momo shift **** loose after a few days (i kno i can use loctite, but i havent bothered bc i might be changing it out later

i jus finished installing the ssk... (it didnt take me 5 hrs, only 2 bc i got distracted)
gonna shower and then test drive... but just shifting in the garage... wow.. it feels short and quick... it is more rough going in and out even tho i put a ton of grease, but it feels nice.. so far.. will post again in an hr or so
*edit*
i love it... gonna take a bit to get use to the tightness but i think its pretty neat and nice improvement over stock
whether its worth 200 or not. well that would be up to you i think its borderline worth it for me.. i would probably have been more happy spending 280 on an isothermal spacer, ah well.. thats next on the list either way
