Meh, don't be jealous =)

Funny how all the Mid-A people were playing along, and it had to be the jealous haters to come in and ruin it. Oh well, it took up most of my day with fun.

I think it was a fun experiment... Neat to see how quick members from outside the Mid-A were to post.

We actually work for the same company, hes a software engineer, and im a database architect. I don't see why people find it so hard to believe that cars like that aren't attainable in this area. This is the Silicon Valley of the east coast, and you figure the average age in the Mid A is right aound 30 years old. There is alot of money makers in this forum, most are above 6 figures a year.

Besides cars like that aren't hard to afford, its the service plan that is the expensive part.

Oh no man I am with you. It's an inspiration to the rest of us engineers on the forum when we see people in IT or engineering being able to afford nice toys like that.

It's just that going from a 30k Z to a 120k R8 is such a big leap I can see why some people would have a hard time believing it. Good luck in both of your careers.
