Dumb customer
OK so,i work in service,and i talk to people all day on the phone..people call over some stupid s**t as it is,but this one topped the chart.i get a call,"Im on the side of the road,my cars on fire,WHAT DO I DO?!!",i paused i didnt know what to say at first(i was like are you f*ing with me?)i said,sir call 911,and he got all quiet and then was like oooook,thank you! click
I havent heard of anything since,but i cant imagine calling nissan service with my car being on fire.

well, i'd tell him to put the phone down, run to the side of the sidewalk away from the car and either:
(1) begin doing the safety dance (men without hats), or
(2) do the Y-M-C-A dance including the hand gestures, or
(3) have a long talk with himself.
I'd have to say (1) is my choice.
