Definitely a nice concept but only the rich shall apply. $2,590 monthly HOA fees? Can't that buy you a lot of track time already? I also like how they mention the track can accommodate 46 F1 style single seater cars.

Im serious as all out doors too. I would love to build a 1/4 mile, autocross and my favorite..drift track and storage on that land!!!!!

PM me if you are as nutz as I.

Hmmmmmmm, more info please sir. Need to know the details. Current owner, county/jurisdiction, zoning specifics, amount of protected area if any, grading or current topo. Existing structures if any, existing utilities if any, if no utilities nearest public access to them. Thats about it to get it started. I'll always look at some land. As we all know there is a limited amount of it.

Noise can always be taken care of. Look at all the homes who's backyard is the beltway. If you don't like it then don't buy it. And if you're already there well...sorry...if you're nice to me and give me the needed right of ways and goodies, then just maybe we can work something out and I'll put a nice pretty sound deadening wall up for you (your choice of color too) Sorry if that sounded a little harsh.
