Im sooooooo there. Very interesting too. It looks like it's being privately financed. Hmmmm, appears to be a few enthusiasts with an idea and some $$$. Sorry that's the developer side coming out. lol

Did you look at the lot prices, kinda steep, esp in GA. $600k for a lot. the HOA's will be a pretty steep too. But I'm not scared away yet.

Sweet! However I see someone moving there than complaining about the excessive noise from the cars & airport.

Ummmm it says right in the description:

"the ultimate lifestyle development created for motorsports and outdoor enthusiasts"

if you dont like it, dont move there derrrrrrr!!!!!!

I think that is awesome, and if I made better money I would relocate to Georgia.

Reading through the site, it looks like track and airport use is limited to 8am to 6pm.

If you can find the property and the appropriate zoning. Anything is possible. Just around here the land cost alone would probably triple if not quadruple the cost of a lot. That sad thing is that the homes that are put on those lots probably cost about the same as the lot.

And we wonder why we pay 9.50 per person for a movie. Hell that lot just killed 1% of the US corn supply...LOL!

Buy stock in corn FTW!
