Im sooooooo there. Very interesting too. It looks like it's being privately financed. Hmmmm, appears to be a few enthusiasts with an idea and some $$$. Sorry that's the developer side coming out. lol

Did you look at the lot prices, kinda steep, esp in GA. $600k for a lot. the HOA's will be a pretty steep too. But I'm not scared away yet.

that's kind of dumb. put the race track and airport next to our house. haven't they heard of noise complains? how are they going to sleep at night?

Reading through the site, it looks like track and airport use is limited to 8am to 6pm.

If you can find the property and the appropriate zoning. Anything is possible. Just around here the land cost alone would probably triple if not quadruple the cost of a lot. That sad thing is that the homes that are put on those lots probably cost about the same as the lot.

Shizzil I know where 27 acres that only cost 389...whos down to go in with me?

Im serious as all out doors too. I would love to build a 1/4 mile, autocross and my favorite..drift track and storage on that land!!!!!
