DC Metro Guys...where do you workout?
im currently in the process of finding a gym. im trying to avoid the soccer mom type place. i need a place you can squat and deadlift. tops on the list now is Golds Gym on Muddy Branch Rd, in North Potomac Md. I live in North Potomac also, so its very close to home. Anyone ever been there? or have another suggestion?

i actually work out at the golds off muddy branch...its pretty good as long as you dont get there before like 7:30sih...it gets pretty packed around then but im usually there after 8 and its pretty easy to get around weight room
they have about 3-4 squat stations and tons of free weights as well as a 2 cable stations. i can usually work out for like an hour r two and dont have to wait for anthning

Pro Fit downtown is cool too..they have month to month. I work for DOJ so it was only 30 bucks a month..they were located in an ajacent buliding that we could take the elevator to, but we moved offices...I gained 10lbzzzzzzz!
