A local dealer here scratched up my console when they swapped the radio under warranty this week. They offered to order a new console but there's no way I'll let them touch the car again.

haha, thats to funny. most people b!tch and moan b/c they have to fight the dealer to get somethign fixed that they messed up. This dealer tries to do the right thing and still gets **** on. Accidents happen, sorry it happened to you. Why not just let them GIVE you the console and you put it in, without scratching it of course.

 

nope where it was parked in front of a wall so the only way it could have been hit is if someone drove it then parked it back in the same spot. or moved it.

 

I just got my car out of the dealers collision center, found out an hr later that who ever drove the car to the muffler shop (or to the car wash place) F**CKED up my front lip. cracks on the left side and a broken piece on the right side

there is no way that thing is going to be painted, if they didnt replace the front lip.. what you guys recommend me to do ?

reason why i took my Evo there, is to get it fixed from a rear end collision. on top of the lip damage, they didt do **** to the car, theres still a damn gap between the tail light and the bumper.. and my muffler is still bent. and when i told her , she said we did the best we can do . Damn MItsu Dealer

 

An accident would be one scratch. I'm talking about a bunch of little scratches all over the place - the kind that happen when you flip tools around carelessly or crawl around the tight cabin with gadgets hanging on all your belt loops - as in "no respect".

I was too angry to think clearly enough to ask them to just give me the parts (console and glovebox door). Hoping I can detail the mess out.

dude here what you do grab a baseball bat go to the dealership, go to the showroom floor and go big lebowski on them "this is what happens when you f uck a stanger in the a ss." and start smashing **** left and right until they give you something for free. just a thought.

I'd also ask for the difference in CASH for the depreciation of the value since the car has oficially been in an accident with repairable damage on top of it. Its a LONG shot but you'll never know unless you ask. This could be detrimental to their business you know, especially if they're lying to you and your attorney obtains a copy of the tapes.

yeah dude if you really want to screw them over in all seriousness, get your lawyer to get a warrant to obtain that video you walk in with a warrant and a cop they dont have a chance if they know they are guilty im sure they would roll over but i think you should really stick it to them and say f u and be a greedy sob and get everything you can out of it.

 

Someone probably wanted to drive a nicely modified fast car and they ended up hitting something. That's why they don't want you to see the video.

 

You should ask to speak to the highest ranked guy there, the general manager? and tell him what happened and how the guy you were talking to dealt with it. Tell him to look at the video.

 

im pretty sure theres a guy on the forums that works at passport nissan in the service area... i forget what his sn was though

 

did u record ur mileage before turning the car in? I usually do that because some douche bag always takes ur chit on a joy ride.

Yeah I was in a rush and didnt have time or tools with me. I will be going back to doing all the work my self.

 

especially if you have an oil cooler.
