A while ago I purchased a Veilside V2 spoiler replica in carbon fiber from a forum member (05fairlady) from Long Island, NY. The seller did not mention the the spoiler's clear coat is all bubbling up. And the pictures even in high resolution do not show the bubbles.

The seller never informed me about the bubbles before selling me the item nor it's in his post. After I received the spoiler, I PM'ed him a few times and complained about it. He ignored me of course and I decided to leave him a negative iTrader rating (It's my first time leaving someone a negative iTrader rating). Surprisingly he PM'ed after I left him a negative rating and offered to split the cost to fix the spoiler.

I got a formal quote from Car Toyz 2 (The most reputable shop in the area) and the amount came out to be $100 to reclearcoat. I then PM'ed him telling him the amount ($50) and told him I could mail or fax him the quote. Again he ignored my PM's and I finally had to IM him on AIM (Fairladyy05) to try to get his attention. He replied saying he'd paypal me the money when he gets paid on Thursday(12/13/2007). So Thursday came and of course I did not see any money. I PM'ed him again, IM'ed him and he never replied. So 2 days had passed, I IM'ed him again and for the first time I showed him a little attitude saying "Ok, keep ignoring my messages". Then this toolbag IM'ed me back with the lamest excuse. Here's the conversation.
So the guy blocked me from AIM. woohooo! That sure made my day.

If you are really trying to stick it to him you should chime in on his Foose wheels, Quad, and Exhaust For Sale posts to remind other members that he's a bad seller. He will have to switch SN's before he sells anything more on My350z, lol.

PayPal will not cover an item received not as described if it's not through eBay. What they WILL cover is if the item wasn't received.

First off, thats not the only picture i showed you of the spoiler. I showed u the spoiler from all angles. On top of that you decide to take out what you wrote to me, and edit what i wrote to you. YOUR A COOL GUY! I Could care less about this forum and all you losers that think you run ****. I'm getting rid of the car anyway for something that actually has power
. The wheels are sold already so you can write whatever you want on it, and the quad is being sold locally. All you guys need to get a life, and on top of that, thanks Ethan for showing me how many of you clowns drive 350z's...
