when you ask to black then out..are you meaning to use smoked overlays..or to paint the housing??..
i vote black out the housing and do a clear diffuser

Not a fan of yellow at all, so I'm gonna say go back to stock. Blacked out might not look too bad, but only if you add some black accents to the car here and there.

I vote that you fix the leak first!!! haha if your going to buy a new left headlamp anyways, u might as well use the old one to expierement with the black/smoked look to see how muck you really like it as opposed to dropping over $400 ea. on new lamps b/c u dont like the look of them when ur done. just a thought...

I dunno Ethan, its a tough call, your bumper is so crazy that I guess the yellow works, but it really doesn't complement anything at all on your car, so in the end I'd say no. Anyone who does yellow headlights is looking to be noticed, so I can assume you want your Z a little over the top.
I think you have JP sides right? I'd do a JP type N front, black out your headlights, slam it out, and prey you don't run into any speed bumps -- I'm sure you've seen rickdogs Z, something similar to his would be fly.
