lol they don't really do that kind of work, but I know that's not why you said that. just makin sure people who don't know about CT2 don't get the wrong image/impression of them, they do custom bodywork and interiors among other stuff like that.

WOW! This is the way issues should be dealt with, not passing blame on to someone else or denying it all together.........like another shop whos reputation here is badly damaged and will remain that way for a very long time, no names are needed, they know who they are as does everyone else!
Dont cover things up, get it out in the open and deal with it for all to see.
Istead of trying to defend yourself and loose the respect of your customers and future customers.
I would much rather be in a position of "well at least I know if something goes wrong with my car that Dave will make it right" than "I can see from this post that if something happens I am going to have to fight, create drama and prove myself to get my car fixed!" (other shop).

This is the type of stuff that makes a shop what it is. The owner comes out an accepts responsibility. This is a one of a kind shop and in my opinion the best in this area. Dave props for being a man and coming flat out and saying everything with nothing to hide. No other shop around here would do that.
