You still don't get it... If I create a thread posting What do you think about my new girlfriend? with a picture like this...

Then I ask for feedbacks and obviously I'd get tons of negative responses. People might say she needs some plastic surgery, a teeth job, etc. But in the end she's your girlfriend and not ours. But you just can't respond to people that give negative responses with name calling and such. Because you ASKED for feedbacks automatically when you created a thread like this.

Would you rather us all lying to you and say, "The car looks great! Good work!"?

Can't we all just get along...

I think we all have different opinions on what is tasteful and what is not, and thats completely OK - its your car. There are plenty of members who have built cars that are a bit too "over the top" or "riced out" for my taste and sometimes when I go to meets I scratch my head and wonder why so and so added this or that.

If you post up pics looking for feedback, thats exactly what your going to get, positive or negitive. I think everyone has been fairly respectful in how they have given that feedback.

The long and short of it is the Mid-A community for the most part is here to help, not to jump down your throat.

Okay I searched before commenting on this... personally I hate the way it looks. I think you did install it correctly (per instructions). But I think it looks pretty bad installed "correctly".

Check this out : https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....t=APR+splitter

There's no flow to it at all is what gets me the most. Perhaps some of the members (juan) can help you in modding it to look a little better.

More since I'm lazy...

Sorry man, chassis specific or not, I stand by my feeling on both accounts. "How hard would it be to undo it all?"

BTW, what did you put behind the bumper to support the splitter supports?

That thing look like it can fit any car. Its a little shy of a semi circular design. Nothing much on it says its 350z specific. Think its just a marketing thing.

This is why it looks bad. It's not specific for the Z so it looks Tacked on. I'm sure it looks the same way on any car.

I'm sure it can be, but they are marketing it as compatible with the 350z

On their site they show several other examples, each with different curvatures for different cars...It probably can be retrofitted to another car, but it remains true that APR is marketing a 350Z specific splitter...

I have a pretty good idea what Juans sketch might look like:
