Hey Todd,

It would be nice if they could hook up the weight machine. Is there anyway we can get them to turn it on.

I want to see if my ZR is really under 3400 lbs

Going to see how many sign up in the next week or two and then start collecting.

Is Ernie bringing the yellow RX7 again?

The list has really filled up. In one day we have 18 people wanting to run their car. I would like to see us hit atleast 30 people this year. That should bring the price down to $65 a person.

Later

things are in the works so far.....I'm never taking the car out again unless the temps are over 50 degrees. Summer tires don't work too well in the winter.

I wanted to keep it a secret since it's rather embarrassing

I was driving my car (with cold tires since I just started it up) and the turbos spooled up quickly like they always do causing my rear tires to break loose. I fishtailed and ended up hitting a curb (unfortunate for my front and rear wheels). So, the car is in for repairs and my lesson on driving in the winter has been learned.

so much for the secret dave. But really you shouldnt fault yourself too much because we really weren't going that fast and you weren't reckless. Cant say the same for some jackasses I have ridden with. And the important thing is no one was hurt.

Ouch, thats why I stopped racing when it under 50 degrees out. I raced a Viper on rt50 and spun in 4th gear fishtailing by him. After doing it I thought "well that wasnt worth it"....at least your ok.

Actually Jon, going to a sfiffer suspension will make the car slightly more difficult to drive with a lot of power-staright line wise. Less weight transfer back = less traction, I Noticed that immediately NA even in cold temps. If David had coilovers or is stock it likely would have happened. It was more a case of summer tires on cold pavement that did it. 380+whp didnt help either. Summer tires in winter = hockey pucks!
