Not being a d!ck-just being honest. If people could learn to be good in 10 minutes we'd all be the $hit...
+1 the truth!

Before the last season, I couldn't get the Z to pull a 13 second run. Never did I hit anything better then a 2.2 60'. This past season I pretty much lived there, going just about every friday for test tune. I believe I have over 80+ timeslips from April-Nov (being modest - wouldnt be surprised if it were more then 100+.) It took awhile to get things down. Im still learning how to be more consistent on launches. After I get that fixed I'll work on shifting faster.

I've read some of Alberto's pointers and took in some advice he gave to other guys but it really came down to me going out to the track and practicing as much as I can.

Practice makes perfect.

note: the track is ADDICTING! especially when you live only 10minutes from one

starts march 2nd, but i don't know if i'll buy slicks by then. I might try street tires and see how much traction I can get. Or I might wait until end of march and run on ET streets.

yes, perhaps we could post a thread for opening day. I should hopefully have my car back as well and we could get some practice runs in.
