Robbie actually after i have driven it im not pissed at the numbers. This thing pulls so hard when i get traction with the winter tires on..........all i can do is try to get the **** eatin grin off my face.I think dave did an amazing job as the tourqe rush is incredible.
But as you guys know me ........a bigger exhaust will be coming very soon.........and another tune.Well i was hoping for about 380rwhp and about the same in rwt......but that number on the rwhp will be hear very soon.

I'll let it idle for 10 to 15 minutes occassionally but most runs are done within 5 minutes of each other. That's the only way I tune, in REAL world conditions and you get a real world number.

As a comparison, I don't get more then 390 RWHP with a Non-Rev Up, 6 SPD Manual, 3" TP's and 3" TD Exhuast.

There is a Vortech car that I reference constantly. Setup is 13PSI, Headers, Plenum Spacer, TP's, Stillen TD Exhaust, and HUGE Function:TUNED I/C Upgrade. I cannot tune it to more then 370HP. BUT he did a cold run on a DJ and made 435HP (first run). Each successive run on the DJ made less as the car got hotter.

Dave im not really pissed at all after i got thru 3 hours of gridlock trying to get home...............what a fuked up night,i left at 4:30 smooth sailing on 267 then i hit 495.After spending......oh i dont no for ever to get to 95 north i see a broken down truck in the fast lane........ok i get on 95 north and get to hit 80 for about 2 minutes. Then all hell breaks loose total stop and go.....when i finally get to 695 exit i see why another broken down pos in the fast lane.I finally get on 695 and its a parking lot untill i get to route 40............and another pos broken down in the fuking fast lane so wtf. After that i finally get to hit on it a bit and the small blizzacks cant handle any boost.
Well i finally get to 83 north and im going around the sharp turn and as im coming out of the turn i nail it in manual mode holy **** i went almost completley sideways.....thank god for quick reactions as my traction and other controls dont work(cause i need to get my yaw control reprogamed).Well know i no what a ton of tourque feels like and i cant wait for more rwhp.

I drove through that crap today on why way back from VA. I wanted to stab somebody's eyes out.

Keith, not to worry. You'll get those big WHP numbers once you build your block. Hell, I've got a real nice shortblock I'll sell you dirt cheap. In fact, if you come pick it up, I'll give it to you for FREE!

Keith if you are in your car like me...dont change the exhaust. be happy that you have one bad azz G that is driveable.

I loved that AAM 3inch FTW...but with my quarterly trips to St.Louis to see my family...12 hours that exhaust is FTL. Heck after a 3 hour traffic jam to richmond I had a straight midpipe made and put the stock muffler back on.

Its raspy..which I dont like, but only from 2900 to about 3300...so I can live with that.

DONT CHANGE YOUR EXHUAST...for an OLDER AUTO...your car is sick enough.

There comes a point when its not enjoyable because its too loud, always in the shop, or not running right. Dave hooked you up with the phat tune...I say live and let be bro.... those are really nice numbers.

Albertos block isnt like yours.

My jealous 2 cents worth..lol.

CONGRATS!

ohh i almost forgot...sell me your hood!

lol

I can quarantee better quality!!

Super I just had a custom set up done on my car....all with stainless and real welds..not the hand jobbyz we see around here. You should hear my car before you make a decision. You cant hear my car at all on the highway (slightly louder than stock, my wife didnt notice..lol), but once I get on it...its almost as loud as the AAM 3inch single..which is LOUD! Only thing I dont like is from 2900 to about 3300 its has a rasp sound, then it goes away...wierd if you ask me...but this is just the first test mule. We are pretty sure its because I didnt incorporate a resonator in the midpipe. Yes TENGAI is invloved also.

I am thinking about going into mass production with the shop that created this for me. I dont half azz anything so, IF and WHEN we decide to do this "Best of Both Worlds Exhaust" {because its quiet until you want to be loud} we will offer a lifetime, no questions ask, replacement on craftmaship. We can do upto 3 inch, but after my 2.5 set up...I think its ideal for the G owners who dont want loud cars. Obviously we are prototyping Z set up also. We expect to have many versions for each car availble this summer....Low, Medium, and Large....true dual, dual from split, and my fav..single set ups....all with optional mufflers to fit everyones needs lol. Lightweight Aluminum will be availble for NON FI cars. If you run FI no warantee with aluminum. Ehaust fumes will be too great for the thin lightweight aluminum. OK enough for now..lol.

I dont play and I shouldnt of let the cat out the bag yet...but I would love for you to be one of the first to rock the Best of Both Worlds Exhaust by GZILLA...lol

PM for more info and also PM me with thoughts about the hood. I know you havent made a solid decision yet, but are you looking for a swap or just a sell. Deffinately dibs if you decide to sell the hood.

What about those electronic dumps...Dave hooked a G35 ST up with one. Stockish sound until you open the valve..then OMG NASCAR loud.

you could run two tunes...one for everyday..then one for smoking fools! LOL

Its like open dumps...but only when you want to!
