Oh man... You loved that exhaust... Whats next? Or are you just going back to stock?

 

Yep - SOLD! I do love the exhaust. It looks and sounds great. I just bought the TurboXS from Julian@MRC on a whim and couldn't really justify keeping both; got no place in the garage to store the FI. It was nice and I can always go back to it down the road.

We should catch up for a weekend cruise or something. I haven't been able to go to any recent meets due to a lot of commitments; dying to get out and meet up with some of the new faces.

Btw - I was also looking at the Tanabe Hyper or Touring. The stock'ish look is fine with me. One thing though, the FI sure does get noticed when I out - for the sound and the looks.

 

I agree...within hours of the install, some guy in a Z06 was trying to run me.

I obviously got pwned pretty bad. FI (fast intentions) is no subsitute for FI (forced induction).

 

Whenever I drive the Z to/from work on I70, the Mustangs, Neons, RX8s are looking to play. I seem to come across them often.

Funny thing is I did not get this kind of attention when stock. Luckily the "man" is not any more "attentive" to me. They just slow down to look and nod as if to approve.

 

Haha sounds good man. In the recent months there have been alot of new faces popping up in the frederick/urbana area so you're not alone anymore! Atleast the weather is finally starting to settle... Time to put the summer wheels back on pretty soon.

 

You've got that right! I've seen several Zs in the area and know they are on the forum but just can't place the SN to the car. There are at least 4 other Zs in my community but they don't seem to be online. One is a Solar Orange - the color looks .... None of them are modded though.

Sorry to be OT. Btw - Is anyone willing to help Ahmad and me swap exhausts? We need a hook-up to save on the install cost.
