PS: It sounds like you're very well aware of a paint unmatching issue. You want to share your story with us and tell me your source of the story?

Ethan i'm going to stop it here, I made my point and sorry if you didn't understand it. Not that complicated
P.S. want to share your side of the story of being cut ridiculous deals and b*tching? like I said i'm done with the pissing match. Not smart to burn bridges, was fun seeing your car at AAM though

I know very little about the dealings or words said @ CT2. As far as I know it was done @ CT2 but I saw his car and the certain parts dont match at all.
IMHO even if the paint is hard to match which I totally understand (use to have pwp Type-S) a car should never be so mismatched as yi's.

Yea my car was at AAM because my stupid @ss put in the Samco hose wrong and was rubbing against the AC compressor. The hose broke while I was driving on I-270(2, 3 miles from AAM) and coolant leaked out and overheated the car. Nick with the G37 happened to drive by and told me he was on the way to AAM and gave me a lift. BTW, how's this story related to anything?

Alright man you posted about a shop not being able to color match PPW. All I said in this thread was in reference to Kieran's post about CT2 re-doing Yi's kit. But this went OT and I am not on here to be in a pissing match. DONE

Take it to my uncle Ethan! My uncles shop never tells a customer "its a hard color match." They match it perfectly everytime. Not trying to bash but an experience painter/mixer will know what to do.
He's not cheap but like everyone say's "you get what you pay for!"

I'm done too!
Wow, didn’t know this was gonna cause so much drama.
First of all, all I’m asking is a place so I can fix up my side skirts. Since I have a lot of respect for the place I got the work done at, I didn’t mention any names.
Also, just to set the record straight, after I got the quote for the work I wanted done (fitment and paint job), I thought it was out of my price range so I told the shop that I just want the fitment and not the paint job (maybe that’s why some people are saying I don’t care about the color?). Then, after I left the shop, I called back and worked out a deal to do the fitment and the color.
What I don’t understand is, some people are almost implying that I deserved the bad work because I got a discount? I really truly don’t understand that logic. I know a reputable shop like the one I went to pride themselves on consistently, on the brand name. I just can’t imagine them having the mindset that they won’t do good work on purpose. I know G35 skirts are hard to fit and the color isn’t the easiest to match, but that’s why I took my car there in the first place, because I had developed a trust relationship with them. With that being said, if the work just couldn’t be done right, I don’t see what I’m doing wrong by seeking alternative solutions?
Lastly, I think the people that are commenting on my car are merely reacting to what they saw when they saw my car that day. The eyes don’t lie.
