I have stuff in there that rattles all the time. I just hit it a few times it goes away. What I can't figure out is there is a rattle coming from the back of my car and it wont STFU.

Yea man! I swapped with a buddie for a 3'' now it irritates me to no end. At first I thought it was the Z bar thing in the back.. I'll let you know when I figure it out.
