Default Drawing of doors....

Here is the drawing behind the idea....

The door will be covered in black suede and the backing behind the sword will be fiberglass. The sword will be reversed though to have the blade towards the speaker and the handle to the right as you look at the pic. Not sure how I am going to have the backing painted but I am going to attempt to have the sword wrapped in carbon fiber.

Are you going to make the sword the handle of the car? It'll be cool if it can be detachable + usable!

Idea: Don't paint behind the sword. You can also use some type of skin. Say snake skin dyed black/grey to go with the scales theme for the dragon? Prob about the same cost as airbrushing.

Edit: Alligator will prob give the same effect, but with larger scales.

I would think that he would want to match the scale of the scales with the other scales' scale? Thank make sense? LOL.

If scales is part of the design, then why not make some real scales. Nothing like getting in a car with a dragon and being able to feel it's "scales".

This can also be done by a skilled painter with experience/skills in venetian plaster.

Edit Again since I have some ideas flowing now......maybe add a bit of the real scales to the headliner as well mimicking the "belly of the beast". And if u were REALLY baller under the hood too. lol

LOL Great minds think alike. Bostic has ordered some sort of reptile skin for the roof, seat inserts and the doors but its not set in stone as of yet. Still waiting for the pieces to come in so we can test.
