Meh. It looks ok. Definitely not worth the hassle and expense to shave them and repaint imo.

I always kinda liked them.

def. not worth the hassle, i must have removed the door panels 8-10 after the install. At one point I even had to ride around w/o the driver's side panel and leave my window cracked so I could reach in and open the door that way. And to top it all off, I even had to crawl through my trunk once. Love the look, not functional enough.

BTW they were professionally installed, I did not do the work.

Install probably not too bad. A simple steel filler plate with all sides ground to an angle. Some evenly distributed welds and grind'er down, fill with epoxy, sand, bondo, prime, paint. Finding a spot for the poppers and running the wiring is the part that would scare me! LOL, this is best left to a shop like CT2 unless you have alot of confidence in your welding ability.

But I must agree, it does look a little odd without them...

Default Reason why

Ive been noticing that theres a decient amount of Z's runnin round the Hampton Roads area. I know the handles are unique for the Z but I wanted to go alittle further and make mine abit more. Since theres not much out there for mod wise on the HR (except CAI & exhaust) and I dont have it paid off yet so $$$ is an issue. Ive seen & heard intakes/exhausts i like but wanna try & not copy any1 if i can help it.
