Also, I agree. Marine or not (or in my case, Army), I sure as hell wouldn't be coming outside to start **** if I saw four guys jacking my wheels (or even more so taking back what's theirs). I'd just file a claim with my insurance and get something better personally.
Thanks for the offer guys but I don't "need" the wheels. I can get wheels if I need them you know that. 
The fact is he has had them for 4 months with hardly any communication and broken promises. I just want them back or get compensated for them. I feel like my kindness has been taken advantage of. I'm not stressing about this, just a little fed up.
But see...there are other people who would help out. Can't judge b/c of one bad apple.
Edit: Apparently I will have them tomorrow. And no I still haven't heard from him oddly enough.
