soo yea....

i bought a "UTR roof spoiler" from him bout 4 weeks ago..

after takinga bout 2-3 weeks to get to me, i finally recieved it....

it looked nothing like it pictured, and did not fit even close too how a roof spoiler is supposed to fit... he assured everyone in the thread that it does infact fit a Z, and told me that it was originally made for a Z.

after confronting him that it will not fit my Z, he attempted to make good and find a buyer for it... i would rather just have my money back and send him the spoiler but i was trying to be nice and let him have the benifit of the doubt...

after recieving my last pm from him saying he found a buyer for it, he has stopped replying.. i have sent him multiple pm's that he recieved and confirmed.....

i would just like my money back in not recieiving what i paid for and not recieving what was pictured.....

it seems like it is a trunk lip spoiler made for a G35 as it doesnt even fit a Z's hatch....

this is the first time i have been "scammed" on the internet so if u kind people at my350z could help me out here, i would be most appreciated..

all i ask is for SIN3 to pay me my money back...

any comments or advice would be appreciated!!

I had the same thing happen a little over a month ago with some ings sides and rear. He shipped them in shrink wrap and they got really beat up I am re fiberglassing the sides right know. Paypal won't help unless it was bought on ebay, or paypal safe sites. I didn't get my money back but he is know banned from this forum. Talk to the mods see if they can help.
