Default Give us your thoughts on last nights HIN...

Everybody was talking about one thing or another last night, so I figured lets put it all here. Give us your favorites, your least favorites, and some of your thoughts.

Favorites:
-The GTSpec booth was nice, that Skyline got me off. It was good to finally see Toby's car, and to HEAR Noah's car. My god! That and Noah himself is off the wall. So the GTSpec crowd was def my favorite.
-That Infiniti in the North Hall, I didn't get too much info on it, but you guys that took pics probably saw it, it was silver on some NICE wheels. That was HOT. Two thumbs up for that.
-Those light up graphics were sick!!
Least Favorites:
-I'm not digging the scion scene.
-Some of the models made me cover my eyes!

And my biggest let down...

I'm not meaning to call you out Bryce, but you set high expectations for me. I was excited to see your car. All that stood out were the brakes, and the engine. Also, what was up with the stock radio hanging out of the dash?

The show was OK. It was my first HIN, and next time, I will NOT show up at 5 oclock........... The drive back to Function:Tuned was fun, then we had more fun!

My biggest let down... NOT BEING THERE! We didn't want rush my car which led to it getting behind a good bit. Eh oh well what can you do... there is always next time!

From what I saw there were some nice rides out there... from the pics I didn't see a big 350 presence or was that just me?

Hope everyone had fun though...

Yeah Eric, I have to agree with you. The show was OK, always at HIN I feel like its the same cars I've seen before, there were some exceptions of course. Its always good hanging out with the Z guys though.

Yes autotrix took us on a little back roads romp to F:T. And Eric insisted on driving with his lights off, he's so Nauti!

Mainly my fault... I could have gotten it done most of the way but I wanted to wait for all the product to come in before I had them finish it. The last thing I am waiting on is my wheels... still have a little but of time before they are finished being made.

I am pretty close with the guys there so I have gotten to do a lot and learn. Definitely fun but wouldn't want to do it every day but as a hobby its pretty cool how things are made.

i was taking a pic of that but gave up my head started hurting haha. did you notice the poor fitment on that kit? or was it just me... around the headlights it looked a tad off..

i wonder what replica it was... and also, whats with every heavily show oriented Z and the VS v3 kit... people need a new concept of good looks.

I think that my head is still thumping from the volume level in the South Hall.

Overall, was a good time, almost had to kill a few folks for getting on the cars.

Roll in was FUNNNN.. got to drive Noahs BEASTIE. Jebus That car is NUTS.

And, lastly ... I learned the joys of owning a wheel stand.. thanks Toby!

I wasn't impressed by the cars until they turned the lights on and started the roll out. The models were niiiicceeee. Ursula Mayes was very niiiicceeeee. Bryce's car needs more riiicceeee.

Sorry to disappoint guys, picked up my car day of HIN roll-in giving me zero time to do any of the mods I wanted to by then. I have the jp type N full kit sitting at the shop but now i'm going another route. Changing all of it up, brakes weren't even supposed to be blue and my engine bay was supposed to be all gloss black, and the head unit slot was to be left open or slide a stock one in somewhat. Headunit I was supposed to get didn't come through in time but that is why I didn't register to be judged just showing the new kit.

First off I don't think I have ever seen so many Z's and S2ks in one place at one time. I had a good time and it was nice meeting a lot of you guys. Thanks for coming by the booth, I hope you like what I have done to Nowell's car.

Favorites:
The girls and a few select cars.

Least Favorites:
The judges.

The cops, I got stopped twice, no tickets though!
