Default Need advice - dealership situation

I was having oil consumption issues with my 03 touring. I took it to a local Nissan dealership where they replaced the motor under warranty . Overall I was fairly satisfied with the service, it took 3 days, as oppose to the quoted 1 day, but no big deal as I have the ability to work from home.

However, I got the car back Thursday, while waxing the car on Saturday (service center was closed) I noticed they curbed my front bumper and wheel pretty bad. Given I already drove off the lot and did not notice it, do I have any recourse or am I SOL?

Any advice is appreciated.

Just flip out and make a big scene. Being nice never works.

Actually just go with Ethan's plan, make the biggest scene possible, usually they will do what it takes to shut you up

Always act nice at first, then get pissed, thats what I do. Normally works for me too. It all depends on the person though.

I think you need to take the service manager outside and scrape his
face against the curb - ask him how it feels, and then ask nicely for
a fiscal solution to your issue. JK... Kinda, you will lkely accomplish
the most with the manager in seclusion. They tend to act ballsy around
staff...

Oh yea, go to the dealership with Bigslim350z and Eric the Ricer, I'm sure that'd help the situation.

You have VERY little, if any, recourse. You drove off the lot. Your best chance is to speak calmly and directly and you'll be lucky if you get anything. Flipping out will get you know where...but go for it if you want. Just don't be surprised if 1.they laugh at you and or 2. they escort you off the property/call the cops on you.

Buddy have I got a ****ed up car for you... Their work is warranted, its a goddamn dealership. Yes, that includes damage done on-site. Go get your
car fixed. You have tons of recourse,,, if you act the part.

Not sure how the dealerships are in Florida, but here in Mid-A the dealerships aren't so easy to deal with. We call them "Stealerships" for a good reason.
