Didn't know damage was covered under warranty? How do I know it was done on site? You drove off....I'd laugh at you if you drove off and came back a day or 2 later and said I' f'ed up your rim. ANYTHING could've happened after you drove off the lot. But good luck.

And Im not your "buddy"...I have no clue who you are.

I've worked at just about every Nissan Dealer in the Baltimore area and going in pissed and ready to fight will get you nothing but kicked out. Your best bet is to set an appointment with the Service Manager and explain what happened. And if that goes no where you have to move up the ladder. You will want to see the Parts and Service director. And if that doesn't work you can ask to see the GM of the dealership. If you still get no where call Nissan and explain your situation. They have a customer service line set-up for issue's just like this. The local Nissan Rep will be in contact with the dealer and you to work to solve the issue. The worst thing to do is go in pissed off and cause a big seen. You will not get ANYTHING that way I've seen it hundred of times. If your very professional and understanding about it Nissan will help you.
