My Apologies...
Well everybody, as some of you may know, some of my recent posts have been quite ignorant, and may have upset people. I am taking the time to apologize for that. While some people may not believe in a public apology, I believe its the best way to let everybody see what has been/will be said, so there are no more "he said/she said" posts (I am guilty of that also).
My approach towards the thread that sparked everything was definitely a bad one, I have no excuse for that. I have had numerous, NUMEROUS conversations about that video with people since it has surfaced, from E-3's, to O-6's. Everybody has a different look on it. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but I voiced mine in a wrong manner. I didn't describe my point the way that I had intended to. I came out swinging from the get go, and lost my temper quick. For that, I apologize to you all.
I don't think that I am a higher person than anybody else because I serve in the military. I have been surrounded by the military my whole life. My Grandfather was a SGM back in his day, my father just pinned on Full Bird Colonel, my brother is a fresh NCO in the USAF, and I'm an Airman First Class
in the USAF. The military life is for me! I may be immature in some forms, but it's fun, what can I say? Most people are that way, but when you put them in a professional environment, everything changes. I'm a completely different person while I'm in my uniform, and some may ask why I don't carry that over with me in my down time, I do, just not all of it. Anyways, enough about me spilling about myself, if anybody has any questions for me, feel free to ask
Charles : I apologize for jumping down your throat at first. Again I was typing off of pure emotions, and what I said wasn't appropriate at all. I have never personally met you, but I'm sure sooner or later we will, and hopefully all things are normal then.
Bert: Where do I start?? I'm thinking things kicked off in between us when I said that your banning was long over due. Am I right? I do remember you helping me way back when though, I PMed you asking for advice on a size for rear tires for my track wheels, you gave me a quick response and had me on my way. Although I may say that you must always be right, most of the time you are. You've had plenty of experience with the car, and your knowledge is a great addition to the Mid-A. I'm sorry that I struck you personally in the most recent thread. It was immature and inappropriate. You are another member that I haven't met, and again, I hope everything goes smoothly when we do finally meet.
Daytona- I don't think anybody around here knows you, and you are from a different region. Truthfully, that along with your post of me burning alive pushed me over the edge. Every time I walk out my front door, I look around to see if you are there to "stab me in the ********* several times". I attacked you personally as well, and apologize for it. The use of the term "desk jockey" by me was inappropriate to say the least. Hopefully we can look passed it
Zain - I'm sorry you are short.
Although my apologies may not mean anything to most of you, it is sincere. It is hard to tell how somebody sounds via the keyboard, but I do mean what I am saying. I am very happy to be a part of the Mid-A community, and will do whatever I have to to keep it running smoothly.
On a side note - HKS + High Flow Cats = SEX.
